Whilst you stand in front of the mirror in our cosy studio, we circle you with the 3D scanner in hand. Meanwhile your body comes together on the computer screen.
Once the scan is complete, we sit down together and take a look at your file. It’s your bespoke statuette and you have final say over your pose!

The idea of posing in the nude for your 3D body scan can feel a little daunting. How do we go about the process?
During the 3D scanning session we take our time to go through all different poses. You tell me what pose you prefer. It is your bespoke piece, your pregnancy figurine, and you get to choose.
Only once you feel comfortable and ready, do we proceed with scanning. The 3D scan only takes minutes.
Once the 3D scan is completed, we check it out on the computer together. The scanner is extremely high detailed and produces an identical file of your body. From there we only apply minor editing such as smoothing out the pelvic area to achieve a statuette look, cut legs, arms and clean up any 3D scanning bits.
Then you focus on the last leg of your pregnancy and we focus on printing in resin or pouring in bronze and hand detailing your bespoke piece, your pregnancy keepsake.
When you are in newborn bliss your unique pregnancy memento will be delivered to your door. To enjoy for evermore ❤️

Her statuette isn’t just an object; it’s a memory, one that Nicolle can revisit as her child grows.
When Nicolle was pregnant with baby Florence she wanted a unique keepsake to remember her pregnancy by.
Coming from a photography background Nicolle bought a 3D scanner to create an exact replica of her pregnant body.
The result was beautiful! A small sculpture 15cm tall weighing about half a kilo in her hand. It was remarkable. And from this motherfigure_was born.
"I also had maternity photos taken during my pregnancy but I don`t have them on display," Nicolle says. "I do feel really comfortable and proud of my statuette with my baby bump on display. It strangely doesn`t feel so nude and it sits on the bookshelf in my lounge.`
